We’ll guide your guests step-by-step to create the canvas painting of your choice from our Gallery On The Go gallery of more than 500 paintings. We can also do rock painting, hand-painted greeting cards, photo scrapbooking, memoir writing and other arts and crafts projects.

About "Pints & Painting at South 40 Brewing Co.” - On tap will be 11 beers and 1 hard seltzer. Your ticket includes one pour, plus live step-by-step instruction to create a pop-art painting of your pet! Bring up to (4) 2.5" x 2.5" black and white printouts of your pet(s), which you'll incorporate into the "Pet Pawtrait Mini's" artwork.
Your $35 ticket is FREE if you adopt a pet the week prior, at the April 21st Pet Adoption Day at South 40 Brewing Co.
No artistic ability required; instruction by Eva Abreu, Independent Gallery Guide with Gallery On The Go.
Lunch will be available for purchase at Blue Lady Food Truck, located in the parking lot on the day of event.

New Jersey Mobile Paint Party
Fees:
$ 25 per painter (add NJ tax and travel fee*)
- Minimum fee: $150 per event, plus NJ sales tax and travel fee* (*scroll down to bottom to see list of travel fees)
Includes:
- 8" x 10" canvas flat-panel board
- Use of art supplies (brushes, paint, easels, aprons)
- Live Instructor, Eva Abreu, on-site at party location
- Set-up time (45 minutes) & clean-up time (30 minutes)
50% deposit (fully refundable or transferable) in advance to hold the date; balance due on day of event, based on final headcount. See more details below in Booking and Payment section.
Here is some helpful information to know about your mobile paint party:
Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours total for the painting portion of the event, including a 20-minute dry break.
Gallery On The Go, Independent Gallery Guide, Eva Abreu, will provide live, step-by-step instructions during the party, give out individual cards with the sample painting image for each guest to use as reference during the event, provide templates (if applicable) for tracing, and will walk around to dispense paint and to demonstrate up-close and help individual participants with techniques throughout the event, as needed.
Dry Break: Depending on which painting is chosen, you can plan for a 20-minute dry-time break (about 20 minutes after start of painting party), to allow the background paint to dry, before continuing to the next painting steps. This is a great time for participants to step away from the painting table to take a break, do another short activity, get a beverage or snack, serve food or cake, announcements or awards, watch a video or play a game.
If it fits in with the event plans, the event host has the option to serve food and beverage at the painting tables, where the participants are allowed to eat and drink while painting.
Also, we recommend for the host to plan about 30-45 minutes after the painting portion of the event is done to allow for the finished paintings to completely dry before guests take home their art at the end of the party. It is helpful to have a separate table or counter space to lay canvases flat to finish drying after completed.
Host to set up:
We ask the event host to provide and set-up in advance for your Gallery On The Go party:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Plastic disposable tablecloths
- Small table at front of room for your Paint Party Instructor, Eva Abreu
- Optional: Drop-cloth and chair coverings to protect floor and furniture from paint splatters
- Optional: Helpful to have a separate table or counter space to lay canvases flat to finish drying after completed, before guests take home their art.
- Note: We'll need access to nearby running water and a sink to fill our paint water cups with clean water before the event, and to dispose of used paint water after event.
Set-up / Clean-up:
- Your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor (and Assistant, if applicable) will arrive 45 minutes in advance to your location in New Jersey to set-up before start time of your Mobile Painting Event.
- After the Mobile Painting Event ends, allow an extra 30 minutes clean-up time and pack-up time.
- We will need access to park our vehicle near the entrance of the event area before the event to unload our supplies, and to reload the vehicle after the event.
Helpful hints to advise guests (and parents, if applicable) in advance:
Paint splatters:
- Your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu, will provide aprons and hand wipes, but paint splatters and spills may happen on hands, face, clothing, jackets, bags or belongings, or floor and walls in the surrounding area of the painting table.
- Optional: Some hosts ask guests to bring their own oversized shirts or smocks from home to wear to protect their clothing during painting.
Group photo:
- Your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu, may ask permission to take a group photo of participants at the end of the event, holding up their complete painting, for promotional purposes on my website, social media and marketing materials. No identifying personal information will be mentioned and participants can hold the painting to cover their face if they prefer. This group photo is optional and we can exclude any participants who do not wish to be in the photo, or not do the group photo if that is the preference of the event host.
Booking:
- If you are ready to schedule your event, please contact your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu, or call 908-866-6576 with the requested information below to prepare the deposit invoice, which also acknowledges your understanding and agreement to the terms and conditions listed on this webpage.
- Your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu, will then email you a deposit invoice (via PayPal for Business, accepting all major credit/debit cards) based on expected number of painters.
- There is a $150 minimum fee per event, plus NJ sales tax and travel fee.
Payments:
The 50% deposit payment can be made securely online via an invoice link sent, or via Venmo or Zelle, or a check can be mailed and payable to Eva Abreu Productions LLC, 100 Franklin Sq Dr, 4th FL, Somerset NJ 08873, or payment can arranged to be picked up in-person in N.J. by Eva Abreu, Independent Instructor, Gallery On The Go.
The balance of final payment will be due on the day of the event, based on the actual number of participants.
Most payment methods are accepted including cash, major credit/debit card, check, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
Information needed to book a paint party:
To reserve your date and prepare the invoice for the deposit, your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu, will need the following information. All fields are required to be completed:
- Event Date
- Start time of the painting portion of the event
- End time of painting portion
- Type of event or celebration (or name of event)
- Name of Person of Honor, if applicable (and age, if Birthday Party)
- Estimated number of painting participants
- Age range of participants
- Name of Painting by Gallery On The Go that you have chosen (see https://www.galleryonthego.com/gallery)
- Billing Contact: Full name, phone number and email address (to send invoice to person responsible for payment)
- Company Name for billing (if applicable)
- Mailing Address for billing
- Event Location: Full Address and zip code of physical location of paint party (if different than mailing address)
- On day of event, who is the contact person we should ask for: Name and Tel/Text # (in case we need to reach you while en-route)
Event Parking: Please provide the following information--
- Where can we temporarily park to unload our supplies to set-up before event?
- Which entrance to use to enter building (closest to event space)?
- Which floor will event take place (e.g. ground floor or higher)?
- If not on ground floor, is there an elevator to reach event space?
- Where can we park our car after unloading, while Paint Party is in session?

Insurance:
- Gallery On The Go has a $1 Million General Liability insurance policy and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. Please allow 10 business days for the request to be processed.
COVID-19:
- Due to COVID-19 precautions, the Instructor (and Assistant, if applicable) may wear a face mask at all times while on premises and can sign a COVID-19 waiver if required.
- If any paid participant is not feeling well, or running a fever, on the day of the event, we ask that participant not to attend in-person, and we can offer to have that guest participate virtually, or we can leave behind a set of supplies for that guest to pick up from the host location.
- If the Instructor is not feeling well, or running a fever, on the day of the event, we would request if the Instructor can instruct the Painting Event virtually (at the Virtual Painting Party rate, see below) or reschedule the event, if a replacement instructor is not available.
- If the event will take place in a private residence and the primary host/homeowner and/or family member is running a fever or exhibiting flu-like symptoms on the day of the event, and choses to attend the event in the home, then:
- out of an abundance of caution, we would request the option of leading the Painting Event virtually (at the Virtual Painting Party rate, see below), or rescheduling the event, or cancelling the Paint Party with a full refund of any deposits paid.
Rescheduled or Cancelled Events:
- If the event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, up to (and including on) the day of the event, any deposits paid in advance will be fully transferable to another date, or 100% refundable.
- There are no additional fees/penalties assessed for postponed, rescheduled or cancelled parties.
- Or, as an option, the event can be rescheduled as a Virtual Painting Party Event, held live on a videoconferencing platform such as Zoom, hosted by your Gallery On The Go, Independent Instructor, Eva Abreu.
Virtual Painting Party Option pricing is as follows:
- Virtual Painting Party Event Fee: $10/person + NJ sales tax (no travel fee).
- All art supplies would be shipped to the party host and/or participants in advance; to be returned back to the Instructor after the event.
- Live Instructor would be virtual via Zoom video conferencing.
- Option 1: All participants attend at one party location with a computer monitor set up to see Instructor via Zoom.
- Option 2: All participants are virtual, at their individual locations, and connected via Zoom to the virtual painting party.

Sip & Paint at the Ballpark - Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 5:00 pm
Bridgewater, New Jersey - Sip and paint at the ballpark with us on Saturday, April 6th during the Somerset Patriot's game vs. the Richmond Flying Squirrels!
The $70.00 cost includes your game ticket and one glass of wine with assorted meats and cheeses to sample during the painting experience and ballgame. The event will take place in the Diamond Club suite beginning at 5 p.m. and take approximately two hours to complete with participants welcome to stay through the duration of the game. Additional wine will be available for purchase in the Diamond Club.
